But before following the below methods, we recommend you to check if your mic and speaker hardware is sound and working. If you are facing a hardware issue, then you might need to get a new mic or speaker.

Check the basics

Sometimes it happens that the headphone we are using has gone malfunctioning due to overstretching of the audio cable. It is also possible that you mistakenly have pressed the mute button, and now the game is on mute so you get the perception that something is wrong with the same sound.
