Some of the methods to get the Dexcom app to work again :
Method 1: Check if required permissions for the working of the app are given
Please make sure your Bluetooth is always ON, the internet connection is stable and the Dexcom app is running in the background and the app should not be killed when you clear your recent apps.
Steps to set the app to work in the background:
Low Power Mode (Settings App -> Battery -> Low Power Mode) needs to be Off.
