We’re not expecting to see Apple Glasses before 2022 at the earliest, but we’ve now seen a prototype of one rival effort: Facebook AR glasses. Interestingly, this prototype has no display and is entirely focused on an auditory experience. It’s part super-sophisticated hearing aid, part virtual reality device … The Facebook Reality Labs Research team revealed the prototype, which is likely just one element of an eventual commercial product. Firefox today has released the first public preview version of its browser for iOS. Unfortunately, the company is first making the preview version of the browser available to users in New Zealand only. Firefox notes, however, that it will expand the preview to a few more countries as time progresses, before ultimately launching the browser to the public. Firefox says that it is primarily using the first preview to collect feedback from users to help it improve the features and stability of the browser before a widespread launch....

Apple has now started sending delivery notifications to customers that their Apple Watch orders have ‘shipped’, ready for the launch tomorrow. Many users on Twitter are tweeting their orders to show that the status has changed to shipped (or dispatched, internationally). Customers can now track their orders as they go out for delivery.
